How to use as a shampoo- When you need a quick cleanse, use in place of shampoo. How to use as a conditioner- Use on wash days when your curls feel dry and limp. Saturate hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Divide hair into four sections and apply 3-8 pumps per section, depending on hair length.
