How to Use:

1. Clean lashes with mild soap and warm water or use an oil free makeup remover. Let dry
2. Apply a light coat of PermaCurl gel. Do not over saturate. Let dry for 30 seconds before setting curl.
3. Set curl with eyelash curler. For best results, position curler close to the eyelash root. Press and hold curler in place firmly for 20 seconds. If desired apply mascara.

Discontinue if irritation occurs.
